Haunt X is owned exclusively by Haunt X Productions (DLDNP) and is solely intended to bring together haunters and dark industry fans everywhere who wish to gather with like-minded individuals. DLDNP accepts no responsibility for the actions of any entity or persons who participate of any kind, nor for their respective health and or welfare. You must be willing to accept all liability for your actions and the circumstances that may develop while participating in any and all events. 

  In no way does DLDNP condone the use of illegal substances in or around any of our gatherings and any person found in possession will be turned over to authorities. 

  No controlled substances such as alcohol will be allowed to be brought on the Xpo! premises due to the Xpo! center's insurance limitations. 

  Lewd or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in suspension of your attendance at the convention. This is a PG rated event. Anything outside of that connotation will not be tolerated and anyone removed will not be given refund for registration or special event passes. Haunt X reserves the right to expel anyone at any time for any reason and accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience that expulsion may lead to. 

  We will take every precaution within reason to provide a safe and healthy atmosphere for those attending Haunt X and ask that everyone do their part to keep the Xpo! congenial and inoffensive for all attendees. 

   By submitting your registration to attend Haunt X you attest that you will abide by the guidelines above and will save and hold harmless the Executive Director, Haunt X Productions and all associates and representatives and the Xpo! center, LAX Hilton and it's associates and representatives from any personal or possessions liabilities while attending the show.
