SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR 2008

In response to extensive interest In this Xposition from many vendors and haunt industry professionals, we have arranged a series of opportunities for you to sponsor different events that will be taking place in front of more than two thousand attendees.


1) Primary Sponsorship; Become a full sponsor of Haunt X Weekend! 1) Artwork placement next to our other primary sponsors at the bottom of each page on our website for the entire year, which in 2006 received nearly one MILLION hits per month. 2) Artwork placement at the bottom of each one of our printed full page advertisements in multiple national magazines. Total circulation in 2006 / 2007 was over nearly two million printed copies. 3) Artwork placement on all our full color brochures distributed to the greater Los Angeles area including direct-mailed to each dark industry vendor as collected through our advertising magazine's databases. Brochure circulation in 2006 / 2007 was more than 120,000. 4) Artwork prominently displayed across the bottom of the main banner at the entrance of the show in 2007. 5) 2 VIP GOLD PASSES to the show including entrance to the Dance of the Decayed. 6) 2 FREE hotel room nights at the luxurious LAX Hilton Hotel. 2) Premier Sponsorship; Dance Of The Decayed Grave Rave. Here's an opportunity to get your company's name out there in a big way! Your banner of 2' x 18' will grace the stage and your name may be placed in table top stands throughout the dance. We offer only one sponsor for this event and national studios will be filming this rave, offering national exposure for your banner on the stage. Price is $2000 and covers the finger foods and snacks at a full costume masquerade ball (hosted in 2007 by celebrity film star and director Tim Sullivan). 3) Gold Sponsorship; Brochure Tote Bags. Here's an opportunity to get your company's name out there and in the hands of every person who will be attending more than just one day of this historic show. Print your company artwork on one side, Haunt X art on the other. Reusable, cloth type bags will be distributed first to our expected guests numbering up to 3000 in 2007. 4) Sponsor the Haunt X Awards. The oldest and most prestigious accomplishment awards given out in the dark industry and haunt world today, the Haunt X Awards are presented to17 categories in 5 unique groups with a total of 29 trophies; 1) Haunted House Awards (3 CATEGORIES) 2) Haunter's Video Awards (5 CATEGORIES) 3) Dark Industry Awards (3 CATEGORIES) 4) CHALLENGE! (1 CATEGORY) 4) Last Ride Car Show (3 CATEGORIES) 4) Haunt X Fright Fest Film Festival (2 CATEGORIES) Your company could be spotlighted as one of the sponsors of this exciting evening that showcases many of the winning entries at the yearly pageant, live! This is a non-profit event, as sponsorship costs are merely to recoup the actual cost of the trophy and provide a formal atmosphere for the pageant.
