Haunt X, Xtreme Halloween Xpo! ! 2007, L.A. will be a busy show and we would love your help with all the many tasks needed to keep it running smoothly. The Haunt X Volunteer Committee is dedicated to bringing together a team that will ensure the most exciting and incident-free 4 days possible!

Our event gets underway with our Haunt Tour on thursday, Feb. 15th at 2pm (6 1/2 hour tour, tasks covered already) and then on to our Ghost Hunt! tour from 9pm to 2am (tasks already covered) then resumes in the morning at 8am for early registration and our friday pay per seminars (tasks already covered for some).

Xpo Schedule
We need associates to set up audio and video for the seminar rooms and tape out booth space for tradeshow floors on Thursday, Feb. 15th from 9am till 5pm,

to watch over the seminar rooms (three going all day friday, saturday and sunday) from 9am till 5pm,

the Horror Highlights Mini Cinema room (running from 10am till 5pm both saturday and sunday),

the Star Parties on both friday and saturday nights from 6pm till 8pm,

the Film Festival from 8pm till midnight friday night,

the tradeshow floor and celebrity rooms from 10am till 5pm both saturday and sunday,

the Dance Of The Decayed saturday night from 8pm till 1am,

the CHALLENGE sunday night from 7pm till 8pm,

the Haunt X Awards Pageant sunday night immediately following the CHALLENGE, from 8pm till midnight,

to breakdown and remove all audio and visual from seminar rooms and breakdown front counter on monday from 11am till 4pm.

Associates Rewards
One day help will not only gain entry to the showfloor, celebrity room & seminars and receive a commemorative t shirt, but one of our dedicated helpers will take home their very own *SOLID GOLD Haunt X Award! Two and three day volunteers will receive a VIP pass that will also get you into the dance on saturday night.  

This award will be given out to the one person most dedicated to all the tasks that begin with setup on thursday through breakdown on monday. Not just total number of hours worked will be taken into consideration for this award. But quality of work done and general attitude as well.

Please take a look at the weekend's schedule of events and put in your request for your preferred seminars you would like to attend which can work toward your daily hours. If you cannot be scheduled to your preferred seminar/event we will try to open your schedule so you may attend. You will need to email your first and second choices to our Kathryn, head of the Staff Committee. Note; the schedules are on a first-come, first-serve basis. So don't put it off. Sign up now!
